Referral Program Rules
Thank you for the referrals….it is time to give back
to you!
Our database is made up of
individuals we have recruited through our extensive search
efforts. Over time we have found that a number of our
successful recruits have come from individuals just like you.
To show our gratitude and appreciation, we are excited to
announce our new referral program. Effective October 15, 2007
our referral policy is as follows:
$1,500 Client Referral Bonus – This bonus is
for assisting us in landing new clients. You are eligible for
our $1,500 Client Referral Bonus if you provide the name of a
company, hiring manager and contact information of an
organization with hiring needs of bilingual (ENG/SPA) professionals. A
candidate must be successfully placed in a position of the
referral company and remain employed for the length of the
guarantee period which is commonly, 90 days.
$2,000 Candidate Referral Bonus – This bonus
is for assisting us in sourcing top-tier Bilingual
(English/Spanish) candidates. You are eligible for up to $2,000
Candidate Referral Bonus if you provide the name, title and
contact information of a professional. Bonus will be
paid if a candidate is placed at one of our client companies
and remains employed for the length of the guarantee period
which is commonly, 90 days.
Select one of the below options, Candidate Form and/or Client
Form, to begin the referral process. If your referral contacts
Lema directly, have them reference you as the referral source.
