What Information Do We Collect and How Do We Collect It?

When you, as a job applicant, wish to seek a job through the Website you are asked to fill out an online questionnaire and submit a copy of your resume. We collect the information you submit in connection with your efforts to seek a job. This information may vary depending on what you choose to submit or the contents of your resume, but will, most often, include at least some or all of the following types of information:

- Your name, address, e-mail address, and telephone number.

- Your current salary range.

- The industries and disciplines in which you are interested.

- Your job objective.

- The information you choose to include on your resume, including, but not limited to, current and past employment, education, hobbies and interests, and particular skills such as language skills.

In addition, because of the way that World Wide Web communication standards work, when you arrive at or leave the Website, we automatically receive the Web addresses of the site that you came from or are going to. How Do We Use the Information?

We make the information you submit, including your resume if submitted, (except Website Traffic Information), available to prospective employers and others for the primary purpose for which the information was collected, which may be assisting you with your job search or communicating with you about opportunities as a franchisee. We may use your name, address, e-mail address or other information you submit to contact you about matters relevant to the reasons you submitted the information.

LEMA does not share personally identifiable information with any nonaffiliated third parties other than for the primary purpose for which the information was collected, except with your express permission, or in the limited circumstances described below:

We may disclose information that we believe in good faith is appropriate to cooperate in investigations of fraud or other illegal activity, or to conduct investigations of violations of our Terms of Use.
